In the fermentation, storage and other production processes of the condiment brewing workshop, flammable gases such as ethanol and volatile esters will be produced. When the gas concentration reaches the explosion limit, tiny electrical sparks may cause safety accidents, so the material handling equipment in the workshop must meet strict explosion-proof requirements. Small three-point battery forklifts have become one of the suitable options for such workshops due to their own characteristics.
The first is the adaptation of the explosion-proof configuration. For the gas explosion-proof environment of the brewing workshop, the forklift needs to be equipped with an electrical system that meets the explosion-proof standards: the use of explosion-proof motors to avoid sparks during operation; the sealing of electrical circuits, switches and other components to prevent the intrusion of flammable gases; the installation of spark suppression devices to reduce the risk of discharge of electrical components. At the same time, the metal parts of the forklift need to have anti-static grounding function to avoid danger caused by static electricity accumulation and ensure that every configuration fits the explosion-proof needs of the workshop.
Secondly, space adaptation. The condiment brewing workshop is usually compact, with narrow passages between fermentation tanks and storage racks, and a smaller turning radius for small three-point battery forklifts, which can flexibly turn in narrow spaces and complete material handling operations smoothly. Compared with traditional forklifts, its compact body design is more suitable for the operation scenarios of multiple obstacles and narrow passages in the workshop, reducing the impact on production layout and improving handling efficiency.
Then there is the safe adaptation of operation and maintenance. Forklifts need to be equipped with explosion-proof operation panels, and all operation buttons are designed with explosion-proof to avoid sparks during operation; sound and light warning devices are set up to remind surrounding personnel to avoid during operation and reduce the risk of collision. In terms of daily maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check the sealing of explosion-proof components and the insulation of electrical systems to ensure the continuous stability of explosion-proof performance. At the same time, the charging of batteries needs to be carried out in a safe area outside the workshop to avoid electrical hazards during the charging process affecting the safety of the workshop.
The adaptation scheme of the small three-point battery forklift not only meets the gas explosion-proof requirements of the condiment brewing workshop, but also takes into account the efficiency and flexibility of material handling, which helps the enterprise to improve the efficiency of internal logistics operation and reduce safety risks on the basis of compliance production.
