日常例行保養

日常例行保養是保障堆垛車每日平穩運行的基礎,需在每日作業前後完成。

外觀與基礎部件檢查

重點查看車身外觀是否存在磕碰變形,貨叉、鏈條等承載部件有無磨損、鬆動跡象,清理車身及貨叉上的雜物、油污,確保作業視野清晰。

動力系統初步排查

檢查動力裝置的電量或燃油餘量,確認充電口或燃油接口無滲漏、損壞,查看動力系統外部管線是否有老化、開裂情況。

操作部件功能驗證

測試方向盤、操縱桿、剎車、升降按鈕等操作部件的靈敏度,確保各部件響應及時、功能正常,發現卡頓或異常需立即停止作業並排查。

月度深度保養

月度深度保養需在每月固定時間開展,對堆垛車核心部件進行鍼對性維護。

動力核心部件檢測

對動力裝置內部進行清潔,檢查電池極板或燃油濾清器狀態,清理表面積塵或雜質,確保動力輸出穩定。同時檢查動力系統的接線端子有無鬆動、氧化,及時緊固或處理。

液壓系統維護

檢查液壓油的液位及品質,若液位低於標準值需及時補充同規格液壓油,若油液出現渾濁、變質則需全部更換。同時排查液壓管路及接頭有無滲漏,緊固鬆動的接頭。

行走系統檢查

檢查輪胎的磨損程度及氣壓,磨損嚴重或氣壓異常時及時更換或調整。查看行走電機及減速器的運行狀態,傾聽有無異常聲響,必要時添加潤滑油。
