首先是前期准备环节。技术人员需先检查惯性导航传感单元的外观状态,确认无磕碰损伤、接线端子完好无锈蚀;同时准备好扭矩扳手、高精度水平仪、调试电脑、绝缘胶带等工具。此外,要提前熟悉AGV的整体结构布局,明确安装区域周边是否存在电机、电磁铁等电磁干扰源,若有需规划合适的避让方案,避免传感单元受干扰影响数据采集精度。

进入安装定位阶段,需优先选择AGV顶部中心区域作为安装位置,此处能最大程度保证传感单元采集姿态数据的均衡性,减少AGV运行时的震动干扰。安装时,先将传感单元放置在预设安装位,用水平仪检测并调整单元的水平度,确保偏差控制在设备允许范围内;再使用扭矩扳手按规定力矩固定安装螺栓,避免过松导致运行中晃动,或过紧损坏单元外壳。固定完成后,梳理并连接传感单元与AGV控制系统的线路,用绝缘胶带包裹接头处,防止线路脱落或短路。

接下来是参数校准环节。将调试电脑与AGV控制系统连接,打开专用调试软件,先进行静态零点校准:让AGV处于静置状态,采集传感单元的初始姿态数据,输入软件完成零点设置;随后进行动态姿态校准,控制AGV以低速沿直线、转弯路径运行一段距离,软件会自动对比实际运行轨迹与传感单元采集的数据,生成校准参数,技术人员可根据系统提示微调单元的姿态补偿值,进一步缩小导航误差。

完成校准后进入功能测试环节。设置多组模拟运行场景,包括长距离直线行驶、连续转弯、原地转向等,观察调试软件中显示的导航定位数据,检查传感单元是否能实时、准确反馈AGV的位置与姿态变化。若出现定位偏差超过允许范围的情况,需重新检查安装固定状态或再次进行参数校准,直至所有测试场景下的导航精度均符合要求。

最后是收尾工作。整理传感单元的外接线路,用卡扣将线路固定在AGV内部,避免运行时与其他部件摩擦;记录本次安装调试的所有参数数据,包括安装位置尺寸、校准参数、测试结果等,形成调试档案留存;同时告知设备运维人员后续定期复查传感单元的安装状态与数据精度,确保其长期稳定运行。
