Dann gibt es noch das Material der Dichtungsteile. Die Dichtungen des Hydrauliksystems, die Dichtungen der elektrischen Schnittstelle usw. des Gabelstaplers müssen aus lebensmittelechtem Silikonkautschuk oder Fluorkautschuk hergestellt werden. Dieses Material hat eine ausgezeichnete Temperaturbeständigkeit, chemische Korrosionsbeständigkeit und ist geruchs- und schadstofffrei. Es kann nicht nur verhindern, dass das Hydrauliköl und die elektrischen Komponenten mit der sauberen Außenluft in Berührung kommen, sondern auch die Verschmutzung der Umwelt durch das Dichtungsmaterial selbst vermeiden. Gleichzeitig muss die Dichtungsstruktur dicht konstruiert sein, um zu verhindern, dass Staub und Wasserdampf in den Innenraum gelangen und die Betriebsstabilität des Gabelstaplers beeinträchtigen.

Darüber hinaus müssen die Befestigungselemente des Gabelstaplers, wie Schrauben, Muttern und andere Kleinteile, ebenfalls aus rostfreiem Stahl bestehen, der mit der Hauptstruktur übereinstimmt, und gewöhnliche Kohlenstoffstahlmaterialien sind verboten, um Rost und Rostsplitter zu verhindern. Der Bedienungsgriff, der Sitz und andere Kontaktteile des Gabelstaplers müssen aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien hergestellt werden, die leicht zu reinigen und porenfrei sind, um Restflecken durch die Vermehrung von Mikroorganismen zu vermeiden.
